Christie has an MBA and 27 years in operations and finance, 16 of those years focused on Hospitality. She provides leadership to the full-service and limited-service General Managers. The primary focus is customer service, team member satisfaction, driving revenue and long-term strategic goals.

David has worked for Carolina Hospitality for over 10 years. David has worked in several full service and limited-service hotels.
Corporate Executive Chef
Grew up in Washington, NC, graduated Suma Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales in 2004. Jon has worked in the industry since 1994, working his way up to Executive Chef in 2005. Jon is a passionate leader focused on delivering a great experience while fostering a positive work environment, where we learn and grow daily.
Dave started working with Carolina Hospitality Associates when it expanded into the hotel business in 1999. He has served as Property Accountant and Controller during that time. With a career starting in 1990, Dave worked in accounting roles for property management companies and restaurants in Michigan and Arizona, gathering knowledge and experience that has helped him succeed with Carolina Hospitality Associates.
Chief Financial Officer
John has over 30 years of hospitality experience with a primary focus in food & beverage and hotel profitability. He joined Carolina Hospitality Associates in 2014.
Aislinn has over 7 years of experience in hospitality and joined Carolina Hospitality Associates in 2019.
Helen has more than 40 years’ experience in accounting and joined Carolina Hospitality Associates in 2011. Helen is the accountant for one of our hotel properties and two restaurants.
Director of Sales & Revenue Management
Shawn joined Carolina Hospitality Associates in July 2011 as a Hilton Guest Service Agent after graduating from East Carolina University and was promoted to Hilton Sales Manager before assuming his current role. Shawn’s responsibilities include oversight for Carolina Hospitality Associates portfolio’s strategical planning and deployment of hotel level revenue management and supporting each individual sales department to achieve their financial goals.
Human Resource Manager
Sarah joined Carolina Hospitality Associates in 2014 and holds both aPHR and PHR certifications as well as a master’s in human resource management.
